Department of Biology

The School of Environmental Biology was established in the year 1977 as the first University Teaching Department of its kind in the country. Since then sincere and serious efforts are being made to accomplish the goals and objectives, through the updating and revision of courses to provide the nation, well groomed experts in the subject. The enlightened faculty of the department keep track of the changing needs and accordingly the course contents are periodically revised and adopted.
