MASTER OF LABOUR LAWS AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT is affiliated to University of Lucknow
The two year Full Time programme leading to the degree of Master Of Labour Laws and Personnel Management is a highly professional course of the University of Lucknow. The Course has been designed to equip a trained cadre of specialists in Labour laws and personnel management for job opportunities in public, joint and private sector undertakings with appropriate skill and training to efficiently deal with problems faced in actual governance of industrial relations. In addition to class room teaching it includes the schemes of visits to organizations of repute, practical training in such institutions and gust lectures by person of eminence in the field of human resource development, business, industry, law and justice, environmental pollution and industrial Psychology with a view to share personal experience.
The minimum requirement for admission to MLPM programme is bachelor's degree in any field of study from a university in India or abroad recognized by the university of Lucknow with 50% marks in aggregate in qualifying degree examination
The number of seats in MLPM programmes is 60. in addition 20 seats are reserved for foreign nationals, non- resident Indian and NRI sponsored candidates. In addition 10 seats are reserved for Indian Nationals sponsored by public, joint and private sector orgnisations/institutions as their in-service candidates. The admission against these reserved seats shall be made on the basis of merit of the candidates as determined from their past academic record. Such candidates shall not ordinarily be required to appear in the admission test. However, the minimum qualification required for them also is a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate. They would be required to submit proof of eligibility along with application from. Following documents would satisfy the requirements:- 1. Proof Nationality in case of Foreign Nationals. 2. In cases of NRI CANDIDATES ANY OF THE following documents should be submitted to prove the status a. Copy of Non resident card/Employment card issued by the employer. b. Photo copy of the immigration/Employment/Visa entry on the passport along with the details of the passport. c. Certificate of latest assessment order of income tax authority either in India or country of employment field. § Certificate of sponsorship from NRI in case of asponsored Indian national along with proof of NRI status of the sponsorer as mentioned/ required above. d. In case of Indian Nationals certificate from their employer would satisfy the requirement. However the students admitted against the reservedshall be governed by the same ordinances and rules relating to attendance, course of study, examination etc. as applicable to other students of the MLPM programme.
