KIET has already made its presence felt in imparting quality education in various fields of professional courses under the outstanding academic leadership of its Director Prof. Om Prakash. A former professor of Electronics & Computer Engineering at the University of Roorkee, Prof. Prakash was an immigrant in the USA and has worked overseas for more than a decade in prestigious Institutions, besides working for a long time at I.I.T., New Delhi and the University of Roorkee.

The Institute is located on NH 58 about 30 Kms from Delhi on Delhi - Meerut highway. Its close proximity to the capital of the country provides the students with the much essential exposure to the latest market trends and technology. Its18.5 acres of area, houses our five academic departments that cater to the needs of the students. Well laid out labs like CAD / CAM Lab, Network Lab, Electrical Lab, Computer Lab, Communication Lab, etc. provide the faculty,staff and students, a chance to engage in educational programmes dealing with many inter - disciplinary applications.
The Institute offers B.Tech degree courses in five disciplines i.e., Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering. Besides these,MCA course is also offered to the students.

All progressive organizations are an outcome of the dreams, ideas and creativity of its leaders. A group of illustrious and enterprising men from Ghazibad got together and began a most ambitious programme of philanthropy. They established Krishna Charitable Society, a non profit making organization, and undertook the bold venture of performing service to society through non-governmental education system. Under the aegis of this society Krishna Institute of Engineering and Technology was born in the year 1997. K.I.E.T is a private engineering college imparting engineering and technical education.It is fully approved by the state and central government agencies. It is committed to generating, disseminating and preserving knowledge, and to working hand in hand with others in order to overcome the latest challenges of the world.
