Progressive Engineering College, sponsored by S.R.K. Memorial educational society, Hyderabad, was established during the academic year 2002-03 with the approval of AICTE, New Delhi (Vide letter No 730-50-392 E/ET dated 9th June 2002) and recognition of the Government of Andhra Pradesh (vide G.O. M.S. No 39 dated 25-06-200). The institution is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (vide letter No A2/Affi/Progressive dated 28-08-2003/2002-2003). The College is located in a picturesque land of 26 acres at CHEEKATIMAMIDI Village of Bommala Ramaram Mandal, Nalgonda Distict and has built-up area of 2,00,000 sft as on March 2008. The Lecture halls, Laboratories, Library and common amenities such as Canteen, Auditorium are designed in spacious rooms with good ventilation and hygienic atmosphere.

The college is well connected by road to Hyderabad, via ECIL Kushaiguda and Keesara and is about 24 kms from ECIL Junction Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit.
