Akshaya Institute of Management Studies AIMS was established in the year 2009, with the objective of developing the centre for excellence in Management and Information Technology Education; true training backed by continuous research and consultancy to mould unassailable and irrefutable dream Managers, who have in them the alchemy to transform dreams into reality. The two years meticulously tailored Management Program is affiliated to the prestigious Anna University and is approved by AICTE, New Delhi.

AIMS is an institution that aims at the holistic development of the aspiring student and no corner of the student is left untouched. Great space is left for every student to develop individually and thus the student enjoys freedom to explore, innovate and experience every second of his academic adventure. The highly seasoned faculty joins the young minds to enthuse, motivate and if need be, to direct the young minds, towards their unique EI Dorado. The students enjoy ready access to a wide range of the latest and universal academic material.

Akshaya Institute of Management Studies AIMS, is one of the top Management Colleges in Coimbatore, functioning under the aegis of the Akshaya Educational Charitable Trust, a registered non-profitable organization. The Trust was established in the year 2009 to render Educational service to the sub-urban and rural society. The trust is reputed for imparting high quality of education and thereby create a pool of professionally qualified and skilled managers and entrepreneurs to meet the challenging needs of global trade and industry. It has performed a stellar role in spreading education among the rural youth with a determined vision.

The trust constitutes of 12 members who have years of experience in establishing and running Higher Educational Institutions in Coimbatore region. The aim of the trust is to provide value based education.
