The Civil Engineering Department was started in the year 2002 with an initial intake of 60 students per batch. The intake was subsequently increased to 120 in response to the over whelming affinity and attraction to the Civil Engineering discipline from the students community as well as employment opportunities. So for 3 batches have been passed out from this department. We have obtained AICTE approval for the PG programme in Structural Engineering. The department as offered Ph.D programme in various areas of research. Some of our faculties are doing research works.
