Govt. College, Naura is situated in Himachal Pradesh State .It was started and now in a good condition also . The Govt. College, Naura have the hostel facilities and all other infrastructures . They provide Bachelor degree courses and diploma courses .Govt. College, Naura is pioneer one & it provides good faculties and also provides good infrastructural facilities too.Govt. College, Naura have advanced library facility .They also have better computer labs.

Govt College Naura came into existence in the year 2007 vide H.P. Govt Notification No. EDN-AKha 1 5/2006 dated 6 th Feb. 2007. The college is located 40 km from district headquarter Dharamshala and 25 km from Palampur. It is situated in the serene rural area known as “changar area” of Kangra district. Presently, the total strength of students is 400 in the college, out of which 80 percent are girls.

The girls of this changar area were not sent to far off places for higher education after the completion of their schooling. Rather, they were married off at an early age. Since the inception of this institution, the girls have been acquiring higher education at their doorsteps. Based on this factor, the ‘vision’ of the college is ‘Girls Education’ and the mission is "Woman Empowerment”. In the years to come, no doubt, this college will play an important role in imparting higher education to the youth of this rural area leading to its social, educational and economic development.
