      T.J.C.M. Govt. College Sujanpur-Tihra This college was born when the Government of Himachal Pradesh decided on the 7th March, 2001 to takeover two local colleges viz. D.A.V. College for Women and Late Sh. Ramesh Chand Verma Memorial S.D. College and merged them to create a Government. multi - faculty, co-educational institution affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University and gave it its present name after Thakur Jagdev Chand Ji, a legendry political figure of Himachal Pradesh.
