Himachal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research HIPER, Nadaun, Hamirpur, H.P. has established in the year 2008 by Smt. Kesari Devi Educational Trust, Nadaun. The trust was established by the trustees under the provisions of “Indian Trust act” in the year 2004 for establishing an educational Institute providing technical education at grass root level in the rural area of Himachal Pradesh.

This is a premier Institute of not only this region but also of the Himachal Pradesh state where Excellency is in teaching and learning process. Students overall development is the prime motto of this Institute.

The Himachal Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research also known as HIPER is situated in the district of Nadaun - about 500 meters from the National Highway of Himachal Pradesh and close to the bank of River Beas. The pharmaceutical courses (bachelors and diploma) of this Institute which was founded in the year 2008 are duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education of New Delhi.
