Karmashree Hiteswar Saikia College is a fast growing co-educational institution located in the south-eastern part of the city of Guwahati near Sixmile on the Panjabari Road, Guwahati, Assam. Dhubri Girls College, Dhubri started functioning from the 17th November, 1983 within the premises of Dhubri Municipal High School with a handful of lady students.
