Shri Shaligram Sharma Smarak (P.G.) College, Rasna (Meerut), affiliated to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (U.P), established in 1980, is one of the three educational institutions run by Shri Shaligram Sharma Parinyas Parishad (Trust), Rasna. Founded by Shri Nyadar Singh (Nambardar Ji), a great philanthropist and promoter of learning and formal education in this rural area, this trust has been running such institutions since 1948.
