Sunniyya Arabic College is situated at Chennamangallur village located in Kozhikode district. It was established in 1979 and got affiliation in 1995. The college has a congenial atmosphere for academic pursuint and aims at providing education to the local people. The village Chennamangallur, which is situated 25kms East of the district head quarters, has a dense population of minority community. The Sunni Education Trust, which runs the institution, aims at the uplift of educationally backward classes. The college spreads over an area of 5.5 acres at the bank of the river 'Eruvazhinhi' and it provides a serene atmosphere for the students and faculty.

Sunniyya Arabic College is an aided and affiliated post graduate college established in 1979 at Chennamangallur, Mukkam, Calicut, Kerala. It is managed by the Chennamangallur Sunni Education Trust. The College got affiliation from the University of Calicut in 1995 and the same year it was accorded the aided status. In 2008 it was recognized by UGC and included under 2(F) and 12(B). Post graduate degree in Arabic started in 2013 followed by B.com in 2015. Now the college has been offering instruction in three subjects namely Arabic, English and Commerce (with Islamic Finance).
