Nagpur College of Homeopathy & Biochemistry or Nagpur Homeopathic College, which was started in 1985, has been managed and run by Satchikitsa Prasarak Mandal. It is affiliated to the University of Nagpur. The college is conducting an undergraduate course, Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS), which is of five and a half year's duration being the first institute providing Homoeopathic degree education in the Vidarbha region.

In 1954 Dr. A. S. Dhole an eminent Homoeopathic Practitioner, started 4 indoor beds and an outdoor dispensary dispensary as a Charitable Homoeopathic Hospital in the name. of Matrusadan Charitable Homoeopathic Hospital in the rented building in the camp area and this was inaugurated and declared open by the then Health Minster of Madhya Pradesh and afterwards the Chief Minister of Maharashtr Hon’ble Shri M. S.

Shree Janata Homoeopathic Medical College, Akola has been established in the year 1959 & is devoted in the education of Homoeopathy & its progress Late Dr. K.G.Pathak & Dr. D.S.
