MH CET Law Question Papers: Pattern, Practice and Archive
Previous MH CET Law papers and mock tests help candidates understand the computer-based format, practise pacing and identify weak sections. The State CET Cell may make question papers, response sheets or answer keys available through cycle-specific candidate login or notices; availability and download windows can vary.
2026 paper pattern
- Separate computer-based tests for three-year and five-year LL.B. admissions.
- 120 four-option multiple-choice questions, 120 marks and 120 minutes per course.
- One mark for a correct answer and no negative marking in the 2026 brochures.
- English and Marathi question language in the 2026 pattern.
- Three-year sections: Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning (24), General Knowledge with Current Affairs (32), Logical and Analytical Reasoning (24), English (40).
- Five-year sections: Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning (32), General Knowledge with Current Affairs (24), Logical and Analytical Reasoning (32), English (24), Mathematical Aptitude (8).
Benefits of solving past papers
- Measure speed across 120 questions in a two-hour sitting.
- Compare the different three-year and five-year subject distributions.
- Practise legal proposition/fact application, reading comprehension and reasoning under time pressure.
- Track recurring errors and prioritise revision without treating old questions as a prediction of the next paper.
Finding papers and using an archive
- Start at the official State CET Cell website and open the relevant law CET notices, candidate portal or official mock-test link.
- Check the official portal after the test for any question paper, response sheet, answer key or objection-window notice. Save files promptly because login links may be time-limited.
- Check this page's linked MH CET Law question-paper archive for historical materials, and verify the year, course (3-year/5-year), language and paper/session before practising.
- Use only authorised downloads; coaching solutions can contain errors and do not replace the official key.
The 2026 structure is based on the State CET Cell's course-specific brochures. The 2027 question format and archive availability remain subject to official announcement.
