MAT 2026 Answer Key, Response Sheet & Score Computation
The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is conducted as a standardised management diagnostic exam across multiple slots and modes (PBT and CBT). Unlike some government recruitments, AIMA conducts standardized psychometric scaling and directly publishes candidate scorecards.
Official Answer Key & Assessment Process
Key highlights regarding MAT answer keys and evaluation:
- Institutional Key Processing: AIMA uses an automated, verified OMR scanner for Paper-Based Tests and an encrypted automated evaluation pipeline for Computer-Based Tests.
- Memory-Based Answer Keys: Immediately after each examination slot, leading MBA coaching mentors and subject experts release memory-based answer keys and section analyses. Candidates can compare their recollections to estimate their raw score.
- Official Challenge Process: AIMA does not typically run an open public challenge window for MAT questions. Any scoring inquiries are processed directly through the AIMA examination controller office.
How to Calculate Your Expected Raw Score
To evaluate your expected score using unofficial or reference answer keys:
Estimated Raw Score = (Correct Answers × 1) - (Incorrect Answers × 0.25)
Unanswered questions attract 0 marks. Note that only the first four sections (Language Comprehension, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Mathematical Skills, and Data Analysis & Sufficiency) form the basis of the composite scaled score.
