How to Check Your Result

The results will not be sent via post or email; you must check them on the official portal:

1. Visit the Official Site: Navigate to abvmuup.edu.in or the dedicated CNET portal abvmucet26.co.in.
2. Login: Click on the link “Result for CNET 2026 (M.Sc Nursing/NPCC).”
3. Enter Credentials: Use your Registration ID and Password (or Date of Birth) created during the application process.

Result Information

a) Date of Declaration of results of Entrance Examination will be announced on the official website
of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow (www.abvmuup.edu.in).
b) The merit list will be prepared from the marks obtained in the Entrance Examination. A combined
merit list and category wise merit list will be drawn.
c) The inter-se-merit of candidates for tie-breaking:
In case of two or more candidates obtain equal marks in the CNET 2026, the inter-se-merit shall be
determined as follows:

1. Candidate obtaining higher marks in Section A of the Entrance Examination followed by
2. Candidate obtaining higher marks in Section B of the Entrance Examination followed by
3. Candidate obtaining higher marks in Section C of the Entrance Examination followed by
4. Higher Age (Older)

Qualifying Marks (Cut-off)

To be eligible for the counselling process and admission, candidates must score the minimum qualifying percentile:

• General Category: 50th Percentile
• SC / ST / OBC: 40th Percentile
• General-PwD: 45th Percentile

What Happens After the Result?

• Merit List: The university will release a combined merit list. If two candidates score the same marks, tie-breaking rules (usually based on higher marks in the Nursing subjects or older age) will apply.
