How to Access Your Result (Once Released)

1. Visit the official website: polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in.
2. Click on the link titled “TG POLYCET 2026 Results” or “Rank Card.”
3. Enter your Hall Ticket Number or Registration Number and Date of Birth as requested.
4. Submit the details to view your scorecard.
5. Download and print your rank card for use during the counselling and admission process.

Key Information Regarding Results

• Rank Card: The result will be available as a downloadable Rank Card, which includes your marks and qualifying status.
• Qualifying Marks: Generally, the minimum qualifying mark is 30% of the total score (e.g., 36 out of 120 marks) for General and OBC categories. SC/ST candidates are usually evaluated based on their scores without a minimum qualifying percentage requirement.
• Tie-Breaking Criteria: In the event that two or more candidates secure the same total marks, the tie is resolved by prioritizing:
  1. Higher marks in Mathematics.
  2. If the tie persists, higher marks in Physics.
  3. If a tie still remains, the older candidate is given preference.

Once the results are declared, the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET) will announce the schedule for the web counselling process, which is expected to begin in June 2026.
