Eligibility Criteria for MH CET Law 2026
Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the specific academic requirements for their chosen program.
1. 5-Year Integrated LLB
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Minimum Marks: * General/OMS/EWS: 45%
- OBC/SBC/VJNT (Maharashtra only): 42%
- SC/ST (Maharashtra only): 40%
- Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in MH CET Law 2026.
2. 3-Year LLB
- Educational Qualification: A Graduate degree in any faculty from a recognized university.
- Minimum Marks: Same as the 5-year program (45% for General, 42% for OBC, 40% for SC/ST).
- Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have an APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) to register this year.

- Reserved Category (Maharashtra): ₹800
