Percentile Score: This is not your percentage of marks. It reflects how many candidates scored equal to or less than you. For example, a 99 percentile means you performed better than 99% of the test-takers in your session.
MH CET Law 2026 Tie-Breaker Policy
If two or more candidates secure the same marks/percentile, the following hierarchy is used to determine the higher rank:
- Higher Percentage in Class 12 (or equivalent).
- Higher Percentage of Marks in First Language at Class 12.
- Higher Percentage in Class 10.
- Higher Percentage of Marks in English at Class 10.
What Happens After the Result?
The declaration of the result is just the beginning of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP).
- Merit List: The CET Cell will release an “Alphabetical Merit List” followed by a “Final Merit List.”
