The selection criteria for the PGP (2025-27) batch at IIM Shillong is based on a two-phase process.
- Phase 1:
Involves shortlisting candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) process. This phase considers:- CAT 2024 percentile: Your performance in the Common Admission Test significantly influences your shortlisting.
- Normalized Application Rating Score (NARS): This score reflects your academic background, work experience (if any), and other relevant achievements.
- Academic Discipline: IIM Shillong may consider the diversity of academic backgrounds among shortlisted candidates.
Phase 2: Involves preparing a final merit list. This phase considers:
- PI Scores: Your performance in the Personal Interview is crucial in this stage.
