📥 How to download Previous Year Papers (PYQs)
NTA maintains an archive of past question papers and answer keys.
- Step 1: Visit the official NTA website at nta.ac.in or the CMAT portal at cmat.nta.nic.in.
- Step 2: Look for the “Downloads” or “Archive” tab in the top navigation bar.
- Step 3: Select the Year (e.g., 2024, 2025) and the Exam Type (CMAT).
- Step 4: Click “Search” to view available PDFs of the question papers.

- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 3 Hours
- Total Questions: 100 MCQs
- Total Marks: 400
- Sections (20 Questions Each):
- Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
- Logical Reasoning
- Language Comprehension
- General Awareness
- Innovation & Entrepreneurship
- Marking Scheme: +4 for each correct answer, −1 for each incorrect answer.
CMAT
The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to management programmes in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE Affiliated/ Participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in their Institutions. Till 2018, the Test was conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). NTA is conducting this Test since 2019. The CMAT score is accepted by all AICTE-approved institutions / University Departments / Constituent Colleges / Affiliated Colleges.
