🛠 Category 1: Non-Editable by Candidate

These are critical fields that cannot be changed directly through the website. To fix these, you must send an email to [email protected] with your Payment ID, Hall Ticket Number, and supporting documents.

✏️ Category 2: Editable by Candidate

These details can be modified by logging into the portal during the correction window (April 5). You do not need to send an email for these:

• Qualifying Exam Year of passing/appearing.
• Place of Study / Study details.
• Mother’s Name.
• Aadhaar Card details.
• Local Area Status.
• Annual Income of Parents.
• Gender and Special Category (NCC, Sports, etc.).
• Address for Correspondence.

🚀 How to Make Corrections Online

1. Visit the Website: Go to cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/PGCET.
2. Click Correction Link: Select the tab “Category-2 Corrections (only after Submitting Application Form)”.
3. Login: Enter your Payment Reference ID, Registration Number, Qualifying Exam HT Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
4. Edit & Save: Modify the necessary fields and click on the “Submit” or “Save” button.
5. Re-print: Always download and print the updated application form for your records.

⚠️ Important Notes

• One-Time Chance: The correction window is usually open for only 24 to 48 hours. Once closed, no further requests will be entertained.
• Verification: For Category 1 changes, the Convener’s office will update the details only after verifying your scanned documents. This may take 2–3 business days.
