Course Details:

DM Gastroenterology - This specialized unit diagnoses and treats diseases and conditions of the stomach and intestines. Some of the conditions that we treat include peptic ulcers and diseases of the liver and gallbladder. Gastroscopy - a procedure that uses a flexible tube to examine the upper intestinal tract, usually if your doctor suspects that you have an ulcer, inflammation or other abnormality of the esophagus
Colonoscopy - a procedure that allows a physician to see inside your entire large intestine and the lower end of the small intestine to detect abnormalities in early stages of cancer
Bronchoscopy - a diagnostic examination of the major air passages of the lungs.
Proctoscopy - another test for viewing the bowel to check for polyps, an abnormal growth in the colon.
