Bachelor of Arts (BA Culinary Arts)

B.A Culinary Arts - This programme, is specially designed to prepare students for careers as chefs in hotels, restaurants, food service establishments and as entrepreneurs. The aim of the programme is to enable students to examine culinary art practices and relate them to contemporary trends for application in food service industries. Successful completion of the programme will culminate in a BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts awarded by the University of Huddersfield, UK.
