CIVIL ENGINEERING The Civil Engineering Department of Surendra Institute of Engineering & Management has stepped in 2nd year with active teaching and setting up of modern Laboratories comprising of 42 students, two well qualified & experienced Faculties, one Assistant Engineer and one Technical Assistant. Our first batch of graduate engineers is expected to pass out by 2014. The department is now in the process of developing infrastructures like making Solid Mechanics, Surveying and other laboratories. We are now in the valid process of developing our students by the way of participating in different extra curricular activities in addition to following their academic schedule. The youthful energy and enthusiasm of the students of this department are the most important resource and with good planning, co-ordination and involvement we can make our students not only the best engineers but also responsible citizens of our country who with their leadership can take our society ahead in coming years. We believe the performance of our students will take our institute to a lasting and leading position in technical education. Facilities 2 nos.
