    The department offers a four-year course leading to the Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from UP Technical University. The various academic programmes as per the UPTU Courses and AICTE Norms are running in full swing and are keeping pace with the latest developments in engineering field. The recent results analysis with 90 percent clear pass conveys and reveals the excellence in academic pursuit. As Civil Engineering is the segment of the engineering profession that provides the basic engineering need of the nation, the department is making efforts in totality at Galgotia College of Engineering & Technology, in theory as well as in practice to educate the students in this perspective. The department is now fully equipped with Geotechnical Engineering Lab, Concrete Lab, Transportation Engineering Lab, Geoinformatics Lab, Modern Survey Lab and Structural Analysis Lab. The addition of Electronic Theodolite, Total Stations, Digital Survey 3D Mapping, CAD Drawing and CAD Design enable to compete with latest global trends in Civil Engineering discipline.

    The faculty comprises of galaxies of qualified and experienced teachers with Ph.D and M.Tech. from premier institutions like IITs and NITs. A very distinguished faculty is working with great zeal for teaching, research, and consulting activities. The faculty is making continuous effort by exploring new frontiers of knowledge imparting the latest technical knowledge to the students.
