Government new college Baloda was established on August 2008 in Chhattisgarh. There was a provision of a teacher in the Faculty of Arts, Science and Commerce at the undergraduate level in the college. In the session 2010-11, studies in geography and economics were started at the undergraduate level. Higher Education Department Chhattisgarh by the Jan Bhagidari Committee in the session 2012–13. Under the self-finance scheme, after obtaining the permission in the government, the MS at the post-graduate level with its own head. C. Chemistry and M.A. Teaching of Hindi literature was started from the session 2013-14, MA at postgraduate level. It is proposed to start studies in political science and sociology. PGDCA under vocational course from session 2013-14 And DCA Is being started. This college has a campus of 10 acres and its own newly furnished building on village Baloda Korba Marg, village Bhilai Bhatha which is 3 km from Baloda.

In the last session, the college has been able to create a new identity with the help of its disciplined students and officers and staff, despite the limited means of creative approach with all the modern thinking, we have achieved so much that our commitment to enter the future And the vision is determined. Our self-confidence has increased and the trust of the parents has also strengthened towards the institution. With regular attendance and participation of students, we are able to give shape to new desires. However, this is not enough. Environmental Protection, NSS , Through sports, etc. we have shown our social commitment. Our aim is to give higher education to the young men and women.
