Shri Shankracharya Institute of Technology and Management was established in the year 2008 at Junwani, Bhilai with a vision to be recognized as a world-class learning institution for engineering and technology by providing the highest-quality academic programmes.

Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Technology & Management is the Unit of Shri Shankaracharya Group of Institute. This college was commissioned during the session 2008-2009 with the goal of providing undergraduate and postgraduate education in Engineering and Technology, a close interaction with industry, and a strong emphasis on research.

SSITM has grown steadily in size and activities during the last four years of its existence. SSITM attracts the very best talent from Central India and around.
