PG Programme
The PG (M.Sc. Industrial Mathematics) programme in mathematics is offered in the School of Mathematics, Computer and Information Sciences. The students are admitted through a common admission test called FEAT (Further Education Admission Test). The inter-disciplinary approach in the selection of courses is followed with 70 per cent of the courses from the department and 30 per cent from other schools/departments of the University.

RD Programme
The RD (M.Phil/Ph.D) programme in mathematics is offered in the School of Mathematics, Computer and Information Sciences. The students are admitted in Pure as well as Applied Mathematics through a common admission test called TREAT (The Research Entrance Aptitude Test). The department has a vibrant research atmosphere and is well equipped with the internet and other computational and infrastructural facilities. The inter-disciplinary approach in the selection of courses is followed with 70 per cent of the courses from the department and 30 per cent from other schools/departments of the University.

The department also offers open elective courses for postgraduate students of other programmes.

The successful completion of these programmes will open students a variety of job opportunities both in public and private sectors.
