PG Programme
MBA (HR) is offered in the School of Business and Management Sciences. The students are admitted through a common admission test called FEAT (Further Education Admission Test). The inter-disciplinary approach in the selection of courses is followed with 70 per cent of the courses from the department and 30 per cent from other schools/departments of the University.

RD Programme
The RD (M.Phil/Ph.D) programme in HR and OB is offered in the School of Business and Management Sciences. The students are admitted in through a common admission test called TREAT (The Research Entrance Aptitude Test). The department has a vibrant research atmosphere and is well equipped with the internet and other infrastructural facilities. The inter-disciplinary approach in the selection of courses is followed with 70 per cent of the courses from the department and 30 per cent from other schools/departments of the University.
