IIT-JEE (Advanced) 2013 results declared

The Joint Entrance Examination results of Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) was declared on Friday. Students can check their results at http://jee.iitd.ac.in/

Only the top 1,50,000 students in JEE(Main) were allowed to sit for the JEE (Advanced) exam, which was held on June 2, 2013.

The JEE (Advanced)-2013 examination included two objective type papers. Each paper consisted of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Admissions to IITs will be based only on category wise All India Rank (AIR) in JEE (Advanced) subject to the condition that such candidates are in the top 20 percentile of successful candidates of their Boards in applicable categories.

Students can download their admin cards from official website: www.cbse.nic.in IIT Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main is conducted for admission to engineering degree courses at Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) and several major colleges and universities. CBSE has advised students to check important informations such as signature, photo and such details on their admit card.     The joint Admission Board of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) has decided that JEE Advanced 2014 will not be computed based. "There will no changes for the 2014 exams. We will follow a systematic approach before implementing the computer-based test. The board will set up a committee to study the online process and only then will implement it in future," said NK Panigrahi, JEE-Advanced 2014 chairman.

    Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE) committee has decided to publish the checked optical response sheets (ORS) of every candidate. The answer scripts will be made available on JEE’s official website: http://jee.iitm.ac.in/. The answer scripts will be made available from Saturday i.e. May 5, 2012. Through this bold step of committee, candidates will be able to see their answers and analyze the correct responses and individual scores on the JEE website.
