College of Engineering Roorkee (also referred to as COER) is an engineering college located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. The college is located in a verdant campus in the outskirts of Roorkee city on NH-58. COER is one of the private engineering college of Uttrakhand.The admission in this college is through AIEEE exam and undergraduates are taken on the basis of their merit on state and national level. In 2009 batch highest number of students were placed in Infosys Technologies.

College of Engineering Roorkee (COER) is located at Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The town of Roorkee, located on the national highway (NH-58) is about 180 km north of Delhi, the capital of India, and is known as the gateway to the Himalayan Ranges. Roorkee is well connected with Delhi via rail and road. There is frequent bus service between Roorkee and Delhi. Rail connections to Roorkee are on Howrah-Amritsar and Delhi-Dehradun Railway Lines.
