Sumathi Reddy Institute of Technology for Women SRITW, a leading Engineering College in Telangana, was established in 2009 by Shri A Varada Reddy, Chairman, SR Educational Society with a vision to empower women in the field of Engineering & Technology and thereby accelerate all round development of the region and the nation.

The institute runs AICTE approved courses and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad JNTUH. It is currently running 3 undergraduate B.Tech programs. SRITW is the recipient of Dewang Mehta “Educational Leadership Award”. It is the only women college of Technology in Telangana with an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Development Cell under NewGen Initiative by Department of Science & technology DST. College has Institutional membership with various professional bodies like ISTE, CSI, IEEE and IETE.
