Adhiparasakthi College Of Arts And Science, Kalavai was established in the year 1988, Adhiparasakthi College Of Arts And Science, Kalavai is affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore
The Adhiparasakthi Charitable, Medical, Educational and Cultural trusts, Melmaruvathur renders dedicated service to the cause of education and service to humanity by establishing several Institutions and other units. The members of the trust are people of eminence in various walks of the life viz., Education, Research, Industry, Business and Administration. His Holiness Arulthiru BANGARU ADIGALAR is the Founder – President of the trust. Adhiparasakthi Institute of Science, Agriculture and Technology (APISAT) founded by the trust is committed to quality, innovation, dynamism and social relevance. Study, Spirituality and Service are its MOTTO. Inculcation of character and virtues, besides academic training are its hallmark. Duty, Dignity and Discipline are its watch words. It is keen that students should be model citizens with eminence and excellence in our society.
Adhiparasakthi College of Science was the first self-financing college started in the year 1988. It was affiliated to Madras University till the academic year 2000 – 2001 and from the year 2001 – 2002 onwards it is affiliated to Thiruvalluvar University.
The College has a total building area of 10092.97 square meters. It contains two separate buildings for UG and PG courses with well equipped laboratories and spacious class rooms. There is a hygienic canteen, which provides beverages, breakfast and lunch. Separate Hostels are available for boys and girls. The hostels provide hygienic vegetarian food. The students enjoy a pollution free, calm and serene atmosphere.
