The Vision and Mission of Lion Vijayasree Dr. K.V.Kuppusamy flourished in form of Rathinavel Subramaniam [RVS] Education Trust in 1983 and his education venture started with the founding of a School to cater to the needs of the children of area. Now there are more than twenty education institutions situated at different place all over Tamilnadu and Karaikkal in Pondicherry Union Territory. The RVS institutions are Matriculation Higher Secondary School, a Polytechnic College, Engineering College Dental College and Hospital, a Para medical Institute (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Siddha and Ayurveda College) a Homoeopathic Medical College, and ITI runs an Engineering college, a Polytechnic College and ITI and a Data Center Dindigul. The Trust also rund Bhaktavatsalam Vidyashrm, a Higher Secondary School with CBSE syllabus and a womens College at Koratt.
