Kerala NMMS 2022 is the state-level National Means Merit Scholarship (NMMS) for class 8th students of Kerala.
Students of Kerala’s govt, govt aided, local body schools with required marks, and parental income of upto Rs 3.5 lakh can appear in NMMS 2022 – 2023 consisting of MAT and SAT exams. A total of 3473 students in Kerala will get scholarships of Rs 12000 per year on the basis of Kerala NMMS 2022-23.

Exam Pattern and Syllabus of NMMS Kerala 2022 – 2023
NMMS Kerala exam has two tests.
- The Mental Ability Test (MAT): This Test section will have 90 objective types and multiple-choice questions. Each question is for one mark. These questions will be based on analogy, pattern perception, classification, hidden figures, etc. and they will test a student’s reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Scholastic Ability Test (SAT) – This also consists of 90 objective-type, multiple-choice questions of one mark each. These questions will come from subjects and topics taught in classes VII and VII Science, Social Science, and Mathematics, and will test the scholastic aptitude of a student.

Kerala NMMS Result
The result date of NMMS Kerala 2022-23 is as per the SCERT. SCERT Kerala declares NMMS Kerala result 2022. The official website for results is nmmse.kerala.gov.in.
The result of the NMMS exam is published in the form of the NMMS Kerala merit list 2022. The merit list contains the names and details of all students who have been selected for scholarships in Kerala through the NMMS scheme.
As per the Ministry of Education, the Central Government’s scheme, the quota of scholarships for Kerala state is 3473. This means that the total number of students who will get scholarships via NMMSSE 2022-23 is 3473.
Kerala NMMS Cut Off
In order to qualify for the NMMS 2022 scholarship, you must:
- Pass both tests i.e. MAT and SAT with at least 40% in aggregate (32% for SC, ST).
