Chattisgarh Board of School Education (CGBSE) is the state board for the students of classes 10th and 12th. CGBSE state has established on September 20, 2001. The board has its headquarters in Raipur. Apart from High School and Higher Secondary board also conducts other examinations. Diploma courses in physical education as well as vocational courses at the higher secondary level etc. CGBSE is the state education board that considers the conduction of all the examinations at the state level. Apart from this, the board is also responsible for prescribing the syllabus as well as the recognition of all the schools under the state board.
Apart from the regular examinations, the board conducts the open school examinations for class 10th and 12th students. Chattisgarh State Open School (CGSOS) is the open school board that conducts the examinations twice a year. One in the month of March and the other in the month of September.

Chattisgarh Board releases the timetable online on its official website- cgbse.nic.in. Time Table both for class 10th and 12th is available in the pdf format. CGBSE class 10th and 12th examinations are conducted in March annually. The schedule of the examinations consists of the dates as well as the timings of the examinations.
Chattisgarh Board Admit Card
The board issued the admit card before the examinations commenced. The admit card is the most important document to carry along with you on the day of examinations.
Without the admit card students are not allowed to enter the examination hall. Chattisgarh Board releases the admit card both for class 10th and 12th students on its official website. The board releases the admit card both for the regular and the open school examinations. CGBSE and CGSOS 10th and 12th admit cards are available at the login. To download it students need to enter the required credentials such as the roll number etc.
Chattisgarh Board Result
Chattisgarh Board releases the result both for class 10th and 12th online. CGBSE class 10th and 12th result available in the month of May for the regular and the private candidates. While for the open board (CGSOS) examinations, the board releases the result two times a year. One in the month of May and the other in the month of October. The result is available to the students at the login.
To check the result students need to enter the roll number in the space provided. Similarly, the students registered for the open school learning under the Chattisgarh board obtain their results online. CGSOS makes the availability of the result on its website- cgsos.co.in.
Chattisgarh Revaluation and Retotalling Result
After the declaration of the result of the main examinations, there are many students who have received the result Not Cleared. Therefore, for such students, Chattisgarh board provides the facility of Revaluation and Retotalling. Revaluation is the process for re-evaluating the marks again. Where for Retotalling process the total marks obtained are re-counted. CGBSE board release the application form for revaluation and retotalling online on its official website.
