All aspects of Buddhist-Indic Studies from philosophy to culture; from economics to governance shall be addressed in totality. It shall invite knowledge & wisdom from all ten directions; shall realise, redeem, research, refine and refurbish it further to disseminate in all spheres of life and contribute to the efforts in making ‘Mother Earth’ a better place to live in. In order to attain the set objectives and adhering with the mission of the University, a library of Buddhist-Indic knowledge and culture is already established with an initial collection of more than 5000 books which will be increasing in a strategic manner. It has its focus on providing a conducing environment that enables learning and advancement of knowledge so as to promote a discovery beyond class-room learning and augment scholarship. The library aims to facilitate the quality and value added services to its users. Since the library is at nascent stage so it is in process of subscribing wide range of National & International Journals and Magazines. Books of common interest and dictionaries of specific disciplines are also made available for instant reference. The library also has facility of searching books and journals through internet. At present, the Library has one reading hall having Textbook section and Reference section besides a reading space for newspapers.

On prior request, special lodging arrangements can also be made available for the research students. Mess facility will be available on payment basis. Guest house of University Campus has 20 well furnished rooms with attached bathrooms having geyser facility. Each room has double occupancy with DTH facility. Rooms of the guest house are allotted to the VIP persons visiting the University. It is surrounded by trees and on its left is the mess, situated 100 meters away. On the right of the guest house are the residential blocks which are 200 meters away from the guest house facility. On the back of the guest house is the farm land, on its front is the nursery of the University. Guest house, mess, administrative block, library each has RO water for drinking purpose with hot and cold water dispensers placed at every facility.
