Regional Polytechnic College, Behman Diwana RPC was established by well known educational and charitable Baba Deep Singh Educational Society Nine years ago, to promote technical education, in the educationally backward Malwa region of southern Punjab. In a short span of time, it has emerged as one of the prestigious institution of the area. TheCollege is situated at Malout Road Behman Diwana in Bathinda district. The vision of the trust is to set up World Class Infrastructure for imparting Technical Education, with human values. It`s mission is to produce technically superior and ethically strong technocrats for Global Market. RPC is approved by All India Council for Technical Education AICTE, New Delhi and Govt of Punjab and is affiliated to Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training, Chandigarh. The institute is spread over 15 acres of lush green, eco-friendly land with high-tech. campus having most modern technical infrastructure and academic environment. All departments have State of Art infrastructure and highly qualified, experienced, dedicated and motivated faculty.

RPC Institute based at Bathinda was founded in 2008 by a group of visionaries and intellectuals to impart quality education in a stimulating and innovative environment where students are empowered with knowledge and professional skills & while upholding the values of integrity, tolerance, and mutual respect. Since its inception, the group has promoted education in the areas of Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. RPC is a community of students, staff and faculty striving to be vibrant with learning processes, which allow individuals to be themselves while being creative with their energy.
