Department of Physiology

The department is engaged in the teaching & training of undergraduate medical students pursing MBBS course. The faculty strives to impress upon student the importance of learning various physiological processes involved in the maintenance of homeostasis of the body so as understand the mechanism of disease. Beside this, the department is also running M. Sc. (Med.) course (a three year P.G. degree course) offered to the graduate students having degree in various disciplines of life sciences. Along with these courses, the department in also contributing to the teaching & training of BDS, B. Sc Nursing & Physiotherapy students.
