Late Shri Govindraoji Wanjari, founder of Amar Sewa Mandal, has established various educational institutions in Nagpur, so as to get Education for all in various disciplines. Kamla Nehru Mahavidyalaya, One of the institutions started in the year 1983 with a small Infrastructure and few courses. Former Prime Minister, Late Shri Rajiv Gandhi, declared the college open on 12 September 1984. There are Various faculties, viz., science, Home Science, Commerce and Arts up to Post-graduate level with a student’ strength of above 5000. Now, After 25 years i.e., 2009, it has developed as a big and reputed educational institution in Vidarbha Region. Recently NAAC committee Has assessed the college as A GRADE. The other institution includes, Govindrao Wanjari College of Education, Govindrao Wanjari College of Engineering and Technology, Govindrao Wanjari College of Law and Govindrao Wanjari College of Management Studies and Research, with the motto of Education for all and imparting quality education. Amar Sewa Mandal has started Kamla Nehru College of Pharmacy at Butibori, with the same Zeal. The college is affiliated to Rashtrasant tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University and is Approved by director of technical education, Mumbai, Maharashtra State, and All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. It is One of the leading pharmacy college in Vidarbha region. We have no Doubt that this college, in the future, will be the best in Vidarbha Region in quality institutions. The management of the college and the Principal along with teaching and non-teaching staff are committed to maintain the quality of educational and further to develop the institution towards achieving the highest goal.

The college is situated on Nagpur – Wardha highway of Butibori, in the vicinity of new Nagpur. Mihan, Cargo hub About 15 kilometers. from Nagpur. It takes hardly 30 min. from Nagpur to reach Butibori without any hassle, the road being built and well maintained. The state transport buses are running on this route frequently.
