The Nagpur centre was established under the founder chairmanship of Late Shri. P. T. Mase in the year 1991, Er. Satish Salpekar, Er. Ravindra Gandhe, Er. A. K. Sigh, Er. S. S. Junghare and Er. V. M. Galande shouldered the responsibility of chairmanship in succeeding years. ICI Nagpur centre played an important role in establishing new ICI centre at Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. The Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh centre was opened on 19th December 2001. Nagpur centre has grown in very steady, healthy and friendly manner during last 20 years. Our member and even their families have come close together through programmes, technical and non-technical and quite a few get together. We intend to have not only programmes but would also like to have programmes beneficial to society.ICI Nagpur centre have lost the two doyen of concrete professional, unforgettable eminent personalities and a leader of ICI, Er. Sheodanmanji and Er. P. T. Mase who has been near to every ones heart whom he met, by way of this, a great set back has affected to ICI. Condolence by keeping silence of two minutes as a respect to departed soul in the meeting of ICI.We all concrete professionals should share the responsibility to improve performance of concrete construction, so as to pay our tribute to these personalities., Many major national seminars were conducted by ICI Nagpur centers in the recent past years. ICI Nagpur centre has also been collaborating with other organization like ACCE, IE (I) & IWWA in conducting a number of seminar and workshops.
