Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences of the University is a pioneer teaching Department not only in the state of Maharashtra but also has academic recognition in the country as a whole. Started way back in 1956, it has catered to the needs Pharmacy education in big way and has generated personnel which have emerged as key functionaries in the domain of “ Academics” as well as “ Profession” as a whole. It is recognized by PCI and AICTE.

Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences is fully equipped with the required facilities as per the norms of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) & Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
