      In a move that will rankle the Congress-NCP state government further, union minister for road transport, highways and shipping Nitin Gadkari has not only identified the 200 acres land near Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for setting up All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) in city but has also directed the state medical education secretary Manisha Mhaiskar to immediately prepare a note and submit it to the Maharashtra cabinet before the assembly elections.
