Institute of Technology, Mayyil an ISO 9001:2008 certified B - School conceived as a premier School of learning, recognized by Govt of Kerala,approved by AICTE and affiliated to Kannur University, in 2002. The Institute of Technology, Mayyil has earned a niche for itself in the committee of Management Institutes of repute of its elan and class. The promoters of ITM, the HIRA Charitable Trust under the missionary leadership of Mr Muneer KK has done a yeoman's service to the people of Malabar by setting up other sister institution like ITM College of Arts and Science approved by UGC affiliated to Kannur University, and a public school under CBSE syllabus.

The Institute of Technology Mayyil ITM was established by Hira Charitable Trust in the year 2002, to conduct Post Graduate Degree Programme in Management with the approval of All India Council for Technical Education AICTE.ITM Business School was established in order to fulfil a keenly felt need to provide management education that meets global standards. ITM has the flexibility to design courses which are relevant to the context of business, revise curriculum periodically and add new subjects as per the industry requirements.

This institute has been recognized by Govt. of Kerala, Approved by AICTE and affiliated to Kannur University. ITM has already established its name and fame among the leading B-Schools in south India. A reflection of this could be found in the number of applications being received every year from MBA aspirants.

The Institute is located at Mayyil, 25 KM, away from Kannur town. The lush green campus in the sylvan surroundings is ideally suited for serene and serious academic pursuits. Within a short span of ten years; the institute has earned laurels from AICTE for innovative practices in management education. We have been retaining Ranks in MBA from first batch onwards.
