Vishwa BHARATI College was established in 1971. The college campus is spreads over 20 kanals in the prime locality of Rainawari and situated on the back waters of Dal Lake. It is well connected by road to various parts of city. The college offers UG programme Arts and Science. The college has adequate infrastructure to meet the requirements of teaching, cocurriculum and extra curriculum activities including sports, NCC, NSS, etc. The college has vibrant work culture. The simultaneous development of intellectual, physical, cultural and emotional facilities for the students are achieved through various academic, co-curriculum and extra curriculum activities. The results have always been much higher than other colleges. Also the student’s performance is excellent in NCC and NSS. Admission is granted as per the merit and in strict accordance with the norms laid down by the government or the university. The college offers number of courses to the aspiring students. The college has produced students who have won laurels in various fields like academic, co-curricular, cultural etc. and have represented the country in USA, Canada & USSR through various delegations our students besides figuring in first twenty positions have bagged a record number of distinctions.
