Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences Medical College, also abbreviated SKIMS, is a very rapidly growing medical college of Jammu and Kashmir in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is one of the three government-run medical colleges of the state besides Government Medical College Jammu and Government Medical College Srinagar. Initially, the college was privately managed by Muslim medical trust.

In those days it was named as Jehlum Valley College of Medical Sciences. The state government took over the college in 1998. The college then became an undergraduate medical college of the SKIMS (deemed university) Source and was named as SKIMS MC. The admission in college is made through JK Common Entrance Test held by BOPEE every year. The college has about 50 Acres of land. The college campus has a number of buildings and the main one is the star-building.

The boy's hostel is on the college campus. Girls hostels are two in number; one is within college campus while other is at Miskeen Bagh Srinagar.The college has a number of well-furnished buses which take day-scholars and employees to their respective destinations.
