The college then became an undergraduate medical college of the SKIMS (deemed university) Source and was named as SKIMS MC. The admission in college is made through JK Common Entrance Test held by BOPEE every year. The college has about 50 Acres of land. The college campus has a number of buildings and the main one is the star-building., The boy's hostel is on the college campus.
