Located in It was a dream project of late Moulana Noor-u-Deen Trali, to establish an Islamic institution where students after qualifying various Degree level courses, in Islamic studies, shall serve the community ., The College has separate Male and Female wings .The Boys wing is presently housed in a three storeyed building with 15 Rooms, with free boarding & lodging arrangements as well. A dining hall and a kitchen is also attached with College., A Grand Jamia Masjid is located infront of Boys Wing . It occupies an area of 4 kanals of land including big compound on its southern and eastern sides where big religious congregations are organized by the M.T.I Trust /Charitable Society . The Masjid , is a two storeyed building attached with Hamam in the ground floor and there is arrangement of lavatory blocks for Wazu Ablution on the same floor . Two specious rooms on the first floor serve as Gust rooms ., The Masjid measures 125 ×85 feet in dimension, more than 5000 people are accommodated for offering Friday Prayer ., The Jamia Masjid is the star attraction of M.T.I Trust/Charitable Society , which accommodates thousand of muslims during Friday Prayers and religion congregations especially the “Annual Seerat Conference” and Id Prayers , inside and outside oinits big and specious compound , which is carpeted with green grass and bedecked with floral beds on its there sides ., Five time regular “Namz” is offered in the Masjid and Zuhar prayers on Fridays are always offered at 2:00PM sharp especially ., The Girls wing is housed in an L- Shaped two storeyed concrete building where l students at college level are being imparted Islamic education at the undergraduate level. There is a Library Block with rich collection of Islamic and other books. Besides there is arrangement for Smart Classes for students . The campus comprises of 22 rooms and occupies 4 kanals of land with a beautiful green grassed compound in front. A small stream with transparent waters flows through the compound of the Girls Campus, The Islamia Oriental College under was established an “Quranic Darasgah” in a single room by its founder Moulana Noor-u-Deen Trali- in 14942 AD , who was the strong exponent of Tawheed in the darkness of rampant Shirik. He presented the right perception of Allah – the Almighty ., Moulana was Hafiz Quran at the age of 12 Years. He married at the age of twenty years. After marriage Moulana, went to Srinager for further studies under the patronage of reputed teacher and scholar, namely Moulvi Hassan Sahib Wafai. It is here that late Mirwaiz Kashmir Hazrat Moulana Yousuf ShahR.A took keen interest in him and deputed him to Amritsar , where he stayed for seven years to study under the able guidance of Moulana Abdul Kabeer., Later on, Moulana left for Deoband where Sheikh-ul- Hadith , Moulana Anwar Shah Kashmiri RA , Moulana Qaree Tayeeb and Sheikh-ul- Hadith,Moulana Hussain Ahmad Madani were his teachers., He studied Qirat, Jurisprudence and Arabic literature at Deoband for five years . He returned to Kashmir but after brief sojourn here , again left for Deoband for further studies. This time he stayed there for a period of seven years. At Deoband Moulana was in close association with Hazrat Moulana Ashraf Ali ThanviR.Aand this association continued till Moulana ThanviR.A left for his heavenly abode., After his return from Deoband , it was Mirwaiz Moulana yousuf ShahR.A , who appointed him as teacher in Nusrat-ul- Islam , Srinager Kashmir. After working here for five years , he was approached by some influential people of Tral, to establish an Islamic Madrassa at Tral, In this way the foundation of Madrassa Taleem-ul-Islam was laid in 1942 A.D. Moulana continued his mission, in this institution till 1973 A.D .He was the body and soul of this missionary Institution where thousands of students were educated in both Islamic and scientific fields of knowledge., Islamia Oriental College at present is manned by a trust under the patronage of Molvi Noor Ahmad Trali , who was nominated by the late Moulana during his life time, as his successor , on the basis of his merit, qualifications and missionary zeal. The mission continues uninterrupted. No body knew that on 22nd of January, 1993 A.D. the Moulana will left for his heavenly abode, after delivering his last Friday sermons in the Mosque. He is buried in his ancestral graveyard ., Moulan Noor Ahmad Trali , the successor, is following the foot prints of his noble father and is working day and night to fulfill his mission under the disciplined and dynamic leadership of Moulana Noor Ahmad , the Madrass Taleem-ul-Islam stands registered as Trust vie Registered No. 127 Dated 28/01/2012 with Sub Registrar Tral and Charitable Society under Registered No. 6624of 2014 Datred:04/07/2014 with Registrar of Societies Kashmir ..
