Jagan Nath University, Bahadurgarh, Haryana has been established under Haryana State Legislature Act No. 8 of 2013, approved under Section 22 of the UGC Act 1956 and is a member of AIU . The University started functioning with effect from academic session 2013-14 on its own 25 acres campus located at State Highway 22, Bahadurgarh-Jhajjar Road, Haryana. The University has launched UG and PG programmes in the Faculties of Engineering and Technology, Architecture, Management, Law, Journalism and Mass Communication, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences and Education.
The university offers courses in technology, business, and management, education, commerce, economics, law, and arts.Architecture is the growing area of laws relating to structures. The programme is recognised by Council of Architecture of India. Law Department started in the University in 2014 with BA LL.B. 5 Year integrated Programme and One Year LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law from 2016. It is recognised by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
