Industrial Training Institute Dhameta is located at a distance of 1 Kilometer from main bus stand Dhameta and at a distance of 20 Kilometer from Talwara Punjab Himachal Boarder Area This place is at a distance of 55 kilometres from Pathankot, 85 kilometres from kangra Airports and the nearest Broad gauge railway stations is Pathankot. The Famous Bathu Temple in Pong Dam, which remain dipped in water for eight months, but stand exposed to the human eye only during March to June is located Two kilometer from this Institute.

Govt ITI Dhameta was Established by Govt of Himachal Pradesh Deptt. of Technical Education vide letter No. EDN TEA 1 5/2002 Dated 11/7/2002 in the year of August 2002 With two trades Computer Operator & Programming Assistant and Information Technology & Electronics System Maintenance. This Institute is situated at old bazaar Dhameta, a small town in Distt Kangra at a distance of 35 Kilometer from Jassur and 55 kilometers from Pathankot.

We at DhametaGovt Industrial Training Institute are committed to develop skill sets suitable to the advancement of manufacturing and service sector .In the near future new more trades can be introduced in the Institute to reduce the unemployment among the educated youth by equipping them for suitable Industrial employment and to prepare the trained youth for self employment.

Sensitizing the trainees about their physical ,mental & social development whilst training them with the best available methods will be our priority .
